How it all started
Care by Carm grew from Carmen’s years of working closely with children and realizing that meaningful care goes far beyond simply keeping little ones busy. It means crafting intentional play that follows their interests while supporting development, individualized care that meets each child where they are, and whole-family support that makes everyday life feel a little lighter. From thoughtful activities and outdoor adventures to meal prep, laundry, tidying, organizing, and more to lend an extra set of hands where they’re needed most, Care by Carm was built around a simple idea: it takes a village—and the right support gives families more time for what matters.
